Buisness Development Agent

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 2 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Sales and Business Development
Qualifications:
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
- 2+ years in sales or business development (B2B/B2G preferred)
- Experience in selling services or software a strong advantage
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and CRM
- systems is an added advantage
Duties and responsibilities
- Pitch and promote our SaaS products to corporates, government institutions, and SMEs. Identify and pursue leads, close deals, and maintain strong after-sales relationships.
- Achieve monthly KPIs tied to revenue, client acquisition, and service uptake
- Provide market feedback to support innovation and growth strategies.
- Prospect and onboard clients for Debt Collection
- Services, Bulk SMS Subscriptions, Call Center Services & Subscriptions and Professional Training Programs
