    Buisness Development Agent

    Qualifications:

    • Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
    • 2+ years in sales or business development (B2B/B2G preferred)
    • Experience in selling services or software a strong advantage
    • Proficiency in digital communication tools and CRM
    • systems is an added advantage

    Duties and responsibilities

    • Pitch and promote our SaaS products to corporates, government institutions, and SMEs. Identify and pursue leads, close deals, and maintain strong after-sales relationships.
    •  Achieve monthly KPIs tied to revenue, client acquisition, and service uptake
    • Provide market feedback to support innovation and growth strategies.
    • Prospect and onboard clients for Debt Collection
    • Services, Bulk SMS Subscriptions, Call Center Services & Subscriptions and Professional Training Programs
