Business Administration Intern at Africa Talent Contours Limited

Our client in the manufacturing sector is looking for interns to support their sales office. A business administration intern will help with daily office work, attend to customers, and prepare reports. This role is great for learning how a business runs.

Key Duties

• Data Entry: Type info into systems and update records.
• Office Support: Answer emails, sort mail, take calls and attend walk in customers.
• Scheduling: Help set up meetings and take notes.
• Reports: Make simple charts and documents using software. 
• Support finance office, customer service and administration.

Requirements

• Education: Recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Business IT, Management, Marketing, Accounting, Statistics, commerce or related field.
• Traits: Good at talking, organized, and ready to learn. 
• Exemplary command of written and verbal communication and social skills.
• Foundational proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and other tools surrounding data collection and organization.
• Can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency.
• Flexibility to work collaboratively within a dynamic team.
• Basic understanding of business concepts and principles
