Business Development Executive at Amara Capital Limited

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive. Located in Nairobi County, Kenya, this role allows for some work from home flexibility. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong business relationships. Daily tasks include market research, client outreach, proposal preparation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong understanding of Business and Account Management principles
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the marketing or financial services industry is a plus
