Business Development Executive – Heavy Machinery at Talent Grid Africa

This is more than a conventional sales role. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing heavy equipment utilization, securing long-term machinery contracts, developing strategic industry relationships, and identifying full-scale earthworks and infrastructure project opportunities.

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Performance-Based Commission
Travel: Regular travel across project sites and regional offices

We’re particularly interested in professionals with:

• Business development, field sales or commercial experience
• Exposure to construction, infrastructure, heavy equipment leasing, mining, quarrying or civil engineering
• Strong understanding of Kenya’s contractor and infrastructure market
• Established relationships with contractors, developers, engineers or project decision-makers
• Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
• A proactive, target-driven approach to business development
