Business Development Executive at Morsan HR Consulting

As a Business Development Executive at Morsan HR Consulting Ltd, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

• Identify and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess needs and upsell HR consulting services.

Sales and Business Growth

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close contracts with clients to meet sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive opportunities.

Marketing and Brand Awareness

• Work with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and business development initiatives.
• Represent Morsan HR Consulting Ltd at industry events, networking functions, and conferences.
• Leverage digital marketing strategies to attract and engage potential clients.

Strategic HR Consultation

• Understand client HR needs and align solutions with business goals.
• Offer strategic advice on HR outsourcing, recruitment, and talent management services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Performance Tracking and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and business development efforts.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within the service industry.
• Prior experience working in an HR consulting, outsourcing or a related role is required.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of HR consulting services and industry trends.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
