Business Development Manager at Luton Hospital

JOB PURPOSE:

• To lead and coordinate strategic business growth initiatives that increase hospital revenue, expand service utilization, attract insurance and SHA patients, and build long-term corporate partnerships.

ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, in a hospital or healthcare-related environment.
• Strong understanding of SHA structures, insurance processes, and healthcare client needs.
• Proven record of exceeding growth targets and building corporate/insurance partnerships.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Competence in team supervision and strategic planning. Ability to influence the market decision.
