    Business Development Manager

    Our client a Real Estate & Media company is seeking to hire an experienced confident and motivated BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities through client referrals, maintaining existing client accounts, providing regular updates to higher management, and upselling company products.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration, 
    • Prior experience in real estate/insurance or banking industry would be an added advantage
    • 5 plus years proven experience in Marketing, Client Service, Public Relations or similar role
    • Must have good knowledge of Social Media and Social media strategy
    • Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills
    • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Prior Experience in a Real Estate company.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSOBILITIES:

    • Organize marketing activations.
    • Support general marketing activities with social media, event marketing, and search engine marketing efforts
    • Inspire repeat business from clients
    • Inform management about complex client issues and resolutions 
    • Offer clients advise on company’s products & services . 
    • Working on a proactive Marketing strategy for the organization.
    • Source for new clients/Properties 
    • Set targets for junior sales team
    • Review performance for sales reps
    • Follow through on enquiries on phone and walk-in clients 
    • Inspire repeat business from clients
