    Business Development Manager

    Viscar Industrial Capacity Ltd is looking for an accomplished Business Development Manager – Engineering Talent & Managed Services to drive growth across recruitment, staffing, outsourcing and managed engineering services.

    Key Focus Areas

    • New business acquisition and revenue growth
    • Client acquisition and account growth
    • Recruitment and workforce solutions sales
    • Managed services and outsourcing sales
    • Technology-sector market development
    • Strategic partnerships and market expansion
    • Sales pipeline and opportunity conversion
    • Client relationship and account management
    • Sales performance against agreed targets

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Development, Recruitment, Outsourcing or managed services
    • At least 2 years’ experience in a managerial/supervisory role
    • Proven track record in client acquisition, sales growth and account management
    • Experience in HR consultancy, recruitment or workforce solutions is an added advantage
