Business Development Officer at HR Fleek

As a Business Development Officer, you will be instrumental in identifying and cultivating new client relationships, understanding their financial challenges, and presenting CFOD HUB’s tailored outsourcing solutions. You will be a key player in driving their growth and helping businesses achieve financial clarity and strategic advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels (networking, referrals, digital outreach, etc.).
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand potential clients’ financial and operational requirements.
• Present CFOD HUB’s comprehensive suite of services, including CFO/Finance Director outsourcing, payroll services, accounting, and taxation, clearly articulating their value proposition.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Collaborate with their expert financial team to craft bespoke solutions for clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Who They’re Looking For:

• Proven track record in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably within financial services, consulting, or a related B2B sector.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good understanding of financial concepts, accounting, and business operations (CFO services, payroll, taxation, financial modelling).
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with senior-level executives (CFOs, CEOs, business owners).
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
