Casual Waiter/Waitress (On-Call) at Africa Management Solutions Limited (AMSOL)

Our client is seeking to recruit enthusiastic, customer-focused, and reliable Casual Waiters/Waitresses (On-Call) to join an on-call staff pool supporting events, functions, and various venues as needed. Successful candidates will be contacted when shifts become available and may accept assignments based on their availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Take customer orders and serve food and beverages professionally.
• Set up and clear tables before, during, and after service.
• Deliver attentive, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Handle basic cash and POS transactions where required.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and event staff to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Previous waitering or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Presentable, punctual, and customer-focused.
• Able to remain composed and work efficiently during busy service periods.
