The Chief Technical Officer (CTO) will serve as a strategic leader responsible for shaping the technological vision and direction of Konvergenz Network Solutions. The CTO will oversee the development, integration, and deployment of cutting-edge IT solutions, ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives and client needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership

• Shape and execute the company’s technology strategy.

Solution Development & Integration

• Lead design and deployment of scalable, secure IT solutions.
• Ensure client-specific customization and best practices in architecture and development.

Team Leadership & Development

• Manage and mentor a high-performing tech team.
• Promote innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Set performance goals and growth plans.

Client Engagement & Delivery

• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients.
• Support sales and project scoping.
• Guarantee high-quality, reliable service delivery.

 Innovation & R&D

• Drive exploration of cutting-edge technologies (e.g., AI, IoT, cybersecurity).
• Collaborate with external partners and pilot new solutions.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee IT &Technical operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Streamline processes for efficiency and cost savings.

Budget & Resource Management

• Manage the Technical Department budgets and resource allocation.
• Recommend strategic investments in tools and infrastructure.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• An MBA or an advanced degree is a plus.

Experience

• 10+ years in IT, with 5+ years in senior leadership (e.g., CTO, VP of Technology).
• Proven success in IT solution integration: network design, cloud migration, cybersecurity.
• Background in IT solution integration or managed services is highly valued.
