Claims Analyst at NCBA Group

Job Purpose

To attend to the end to end process by registering, notifying and processing all agency claims, support the claims manager in preparation of claims reports and recommendations, manage all walk-in claims customers and administer service delivery as per service level agreement timelines.

Ideal Job Specifications
Academic:

•  University degree ( B.com Insurance, BSc Actuarial Science, Bsc Economics)

Professional:

• Certificate of Proficiency in insurance and other insurance qualification 
• Diploma in Insurance management 

Desired Work Experience:

• Mini of 2 years in insurance industry or claims management in a reputable bank or insurance Company. Claims management experience (Preference given to claims and customer service experience in a reputable insurance company / bank / insurance brokerage).
