Coding & Data Science Tutor (Commission-Based) at Softech Enterprises Ltd

Role Overview:

• We are looking for a passionate Tutor/Trainer with experience in teaching coding and data science. The tutor must be able to teach children from 8 years old (in a fun, simplified way) as well as adults (career-focused and professional training). Payment is commission-based, determined by the number of students trained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver interactive training in coding and data science.
• Design lesson plans, projects, and practical exercises suitable for kids and adults.
• Simplify complex concepts into easy-to-understand examples.
• Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback.

Required Skills & Techniques:

• Programming Languages: Python, JavaScript, Scratch (for kids), HTML/CSS, SQL.
• Software Development: Web development (front-end & back-end basics), app development.
• Data Science & AI: Data analysis (Python, Pandas, NumPy), visualization (Matplotlib/Seaborn), machine learning basics.
• Tools & Platforms: Jupyter Notebooks, Git/GitHub, Google Colab, VS Code.
• Teaching Approach: Ability to adapt teaching style to different age groups (fun & visual for kids, practical & career-oriented for adults).

Requirements:

• Proven experience in teaching/training coding and/or data science.
• Ability to teach children (8+ years) and adults effectively.
• Strong communication, mentoring, and facilitation skills.
• Creative, patient, and engaging teaching style.

Compensation:

• Commission-based — Payment per student enrolled and trained. More students = higher earnings.
