Construction Site Supervisor at Summit Recruitment and Search

Key Responsibilities

• Planning, supervising, evaluating and coordinating the Building, Civil and Specialist Works Subcontractors.
• Ensure that the work meets Legal, Safety, and Environmental standards.
• Preparing work schedules, program of works of the Building Works, Civil Works and Specialist Subcontractors and ensuring they are implemented.
• Monitoring and zoning out Work operations pertaining to the Subcontractors and Specialist Works’ site operations on behalf of the Developer.
• Instruct the Subcontractors and Specialists to carry out Quality control checks on behalf of the Developer as well as liaise with the in-house materials and quality department for quality checks.
• Ensuring adherence to approved material specifications, workmanship standards, and approved design requirements.
• Prepare weekly progress reports for the Project Manager
• In liaison with the Site team keep and update records of all Client (Developer) Supplied Materials.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of experience in Construction Management.
• Must have demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects and multiple sites effectively.
• Knowledge of the Building Code, Building and Associated Works Specifications, Health and Safety Regulations.
• Experience in handling a large multi-sectoral building Project.
