The role requires strong relationship-building capabilities, stakeholder engagement, and a demonstrated ability to lead and deliver outcomes through others.

Experience Required

• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in mortgage sales, fulfilment, or product/channel development within a financial institution.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage operations, credit risk, and industry regulations.
• Demonstrated experience in managing diverse stakeholders across internal and external environments.
• Track record of business growth, process enhancement, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
