Are you passionate about customer service and retail? We are look- ing for a vibrant Retail Shop Attendant to provide exceptional cus- tomer experiences in our convenience store. You will assist with sales, inventory, merchandising, and maintaining a welcoming envi ronment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers warmly.
• Guide customers with product information and purchase deci- sions.
• Operate the POS system and handle various payment methods.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through upselling and promotions.
• Maintain store cleanliness and attractive displays.
• Monitor inventory and help receive and stock merchandise.
• Ensure adherence to store policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Accounts, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in operating POS systems and handling transactions.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
