JOB PURPOSE

• To prepare food and beverages efficiently and pack for service as per set Standard Operating Procedures and professional standards/requirements.

Academic and professional qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma in Food & Beverage Production
• Knowledge of HACCP System
• Food handler's certification
• Certificate of Good Conduct
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a busy hospital

Key Competencies

• Good communication (written and verbal) skills, including well developed presentation skills.
• Wide knowledge of Food and Beverage Production and Service.
• Knowledge of Indian Cuisine
• Proper knowledge of Pastry and Bakery
• Ability to multitask
