 Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to set recipes, menus, and designated timelines.
• Check freshness of ingredients, inspect food quality, and maintain high standards of presentation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and assist attendants in serving meals to company staff and visitors.
• Keep up with current culinary trends to deliver continuous positive dining experiences.
• Assist chefs and kitchen attendants with general food preparation tasks and setting up workstations.
• Receive, store, and rotate food inventory and supplies to ensure proper stock management.
• Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
• Apply rigorous food safety practices, sanitation standards, and personal hygiene protocols

Requirements

• Certificate in Hotel Management, Food Production, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a similar culinary role.
• Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene regulations, and sanitation best practices.
• Technical proficiency in operating and handling commercial kitchen equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal capabilities.
• Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
