Counsel - 3 Positions

Job Requirements
- Bachelors of laws (LLB) degree from a recognized and accredited institution.
- Admission to the bars as an advocate of the high court of Kenya.
- A postgraduate diploma in law from the Kenya school of law.
- Meets the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
- Membership with the law society of Kenya of good standing.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance.
Job Description
- Draft legal advice to county sectors.
- Implement legal and governance compliance reviews.
- Representing the county Executive in court.
- Interpreting legislation, regulations, rules and guidelines.
- Initiate negotiations, arbitration and court cases reviews.
- Drafting legal correspondences.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned.
