Job Description

This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients with a view to retaining and growing the business and are individually account able for achieving results through own efforts.
- Manages take-on of new business from clients or brokers.
- Builds relationship with clients or brokers.
- Monitors SLA between Old Mutual and client, escalating non-delivery. Identifies business under threat and manages recontracting of recurring business. Identifies growth or cross-selling opportunities within broker's/clients existing clients.
