Skyward Airlines Limited is seeking customer-focused and service-oriented professionals to Join our Ground Operations team as Customer Service Agents - Check-in. The successful can- didates will deliver seamless passenger handling services while ensuring compliance with air- line, airport, safety, and security standards.. Position: Customer Service Agent - Check-in Location: Migori Station & JKIA Station

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in aviation management, Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
• At least two (2) years' experience in airline passenger handling, airport operations, or a similar cus- tomer service role.
• Mandatory knowledge and practical experience in Global Distribution Systems (GDS), with Zenith GDS proficiency being highly preferred.
• Sound knowledge of airline passenger handling procedures and aviation safety and security stan- dards.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Fluency in English and Kiswahili.

• Deliver safe, efficient, and customer-focused passenger han- dling services by managing check-in, boarding, baggage pro- cessing, and arrival operations in accordance with Skyward Air- lines' operational procedures and aviation regulatory standards.
