    Customer Service Associate

    Core Responsibility

    • Order Management
    • Managing the end-to-end Order-to-Cash cycle via ERP systems.
    • Account Retention
    • Maintaining B2B relationships with developers and distributors.
    • Logistics Link
    • Coordinating with dispatch teams to minimize lead times.
    • Issue Resolution
    • Resolving weight, quality, and delivery disputes.
    • Telesales
    • Daily calling of Retailers for order generation

    Education:

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • A background or certificate in Civil Engineering or Building Construction is highly preferred to provide technical product support.

    Experience:

    • 1–2 years in customer service or sales, ideally within the manufacturing or construction sector.
