About This Job:

• Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
• On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Amharic Customer Service Executive to work in Nairobi-Kenya.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver outstanding client service
• Achieve great customer experience and satisfaction
• Identify and assess customers’ needs 
• Assist with general inquiries, product support, and troubleshooting via phone, e-mail, chat, or tickets

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• You do not need to have experience in a similar role but
• You should be fluent in Amharic and have excellent communication skills.
