    Customer Service Representative

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring an excellent customer experience across all touchpoints. The successful candidate should possess strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
    • Maintain positive customer relationships through excellent service delivery
    • Accurately record customer interactions and update CRM systems
    • Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary
    • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of concerns
    • Meet service targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
    • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
    • Previous call centre experience is highly preferred
    • Proficiency in CRM systems and customer support tools
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
    • Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
    • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
