We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to and resolving customer inquiries through various channels, managing customer accounts, reporting and analyzing customer inquiries, assisting with high complexity customer inquiries, and suggesting products to enhance the customer experience.
