Data Analyst

Job Purpose;

The main role will be to build, query, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities to improve our business. This role is responsible for delivering impactful insights into key business decisions

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, Mathematics, Computer science or related field.
- At least 2 years working experience as a Data Analyst in a Financial institution or call/Customer care centre
- Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks)
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
