Position Summary
This position is responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of strategies, policies, procedures and programmes designed to govern the Commission’s relationship with its social partners, stakeholders and employees in matters touching on Labour and industrial relation in compliance with the prevailing Labour Laws. It is also responsible for coordinating strategies aimed at enhancing industrial harmony in the teaching service as well as effective representation of TSC in courts of law and other contractual engagements. The Deputy Director Labour and Industrial Relations will be answerable to the Director Legal, Labour & Industrial Relations for the management of Labour Industrial and Relations.
