Key activities & duties
Supporting regional monitoring, evidence generation and learning efforts:
Support outreach to Country Offices and the systematic monitoring and documenting of EiE responses, policies and strategies
Support regional evidence generation, analysis, the development of trends and lesson learned, good practice and guidance
This includes work on all EiE domains as relevant to the region, and will focus on the following areas:
Support the implementation of EiE activities under the ESARO workplan, including, but not limited to
Support in providing technical and capacity building support to Country Offices
Assist in Partnerships & resource mobilization
To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have
Education-
Work Experience-
At least five years of relevant work experience in Education in Emergencies including supporting the design, implementation and monitoring of emergency responses, in programming for resilience and risk reduction
Language Requirement:-
Fluency in verbal and written English or French (depending on the country office's official language). Knowledge of another UN language or a local language is an asset
Specialized skills/technical knowledge/experience
