Email Marketing Intern at Essentive Talent Solutions

We are recruiting an Email Marketing Intern on behalf of a client based in Kikuyu, Kiambu County. Male candidates are strongly encouraged to apply to support gender balance.

Location: Kikuyu, Kiambu County
Stipend: KES 14,000/month
Must reside in Kikuyu or nearby areas

Key Responsibilities

• Send outreach and promotional emails to prospective clients using provided contact lists
• Respond to email inquiries professionally and promptly
• Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication where necessary
• Keep records of sent emails, responses, and client interactions
• Support the team in nurturing potential client relationships
• Ensure all communication reflects the company’s brand and professionalism
• Assist in organising and updating email databases and contact lists
• Work closely with the team to improve outreach effectiveness

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional email etiquette and attention to detail.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with email platforms.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.
• Must be willing to work full-time from the office.
