Earned Doctorate (PhD) from a recognized university in: o Business Administration o Finance, Accounting, Economics o Management, Public Administration, or a related field
A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is mandatory.
Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CIA, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
Proffessional Experience
Minimum of 10–15 years’ relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in senior management in a university or comparable institution.
Proven experience in: o Financial management and budgeting o Human resource administration o Procurement and asset management o Policy development and institutional governance
Demonstrated experience working with University Councils/Boards and regulatory bodies.
