Financial Reporting Manager at Rafiki Microfinance Bank

Rafiki Microfinance Bank is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Manager to lead our financial reporting, business analytics, and performance management functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage accurate, timely financial and management reports.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and trend/variance analysis to drive business growth.
• Ensure compliance with statutory
• reporting (CBK and other regulators). *Manage payment processes and ensure statutory deductions and taxes are remitted on time.
• Oversee fixed assets management, verification, tagging, and insurance. *Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, including reconciliations. *Support internal and external audits with timely submissions.
• Supervise and develop finance team members.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Business or related field. CPA Finalist (or equivalent).
• At least 7 years' experience (3 in a supervisory role), preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
