Food and Beverage Supervisor at Rose Avenue Group

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect kitchen equipment and oversee Kitchen operations.
• Address any customer complaints or concerns regarding food preparation and menu offerings.
• Coordinate food and Beverage options.
• Manage Food and Beverage inventory.
• Monitor adherance to regulations.
• Ensure the restaurants' smooth running of operations.
• Oversee food planning and preparation for the restaurant.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Food Service Management.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management is also preferred.
• Certficates in Food Protection Manager Certification (FPMC) and Foodservice Management Professional (FMP) is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, customer service and organizational skills.
• Minimum of 4 years experience as a Supervisor or Related task.
• Detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse personnel.
• Self-motivation, the ability to work in teams, and multi-tasking.
