Food & Beverage Cost Controller
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 3 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit , Food, Beverage and Hospitality
Manage and control food and beverage costs at Vipingo Ridge, focusing on inventory management, cost analysis, and profitability while ensuring high- quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Hospitality, Finance, or Accounting.
- 3+ years in F&B cost control, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail.
- Experience with inventory systems, financial software, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
