FTTH Sales Agents at Reeds Africa Consult

Our client in telecoms business is looking for a dynamic FTTH Sales Agents.

Workstation: Kiambu, Kiambu road

Tasks and Responsibilities

1. To prospect for new Private Clients to meet new Business targets.
2. Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of sales of fibre to private homeowners and individuals.
3. To keep abreast on the Company’s Telecom Fibre Product Suite
4. Lead generation and follow up on all requests for quotes and solutions, actively pursue lead generation activities.
5. Manage opportunities on the lead management system and CRM.
6. Prioritize deals to maintain target.
7. Establish, maintain, expand and take ownership of Customer relationships.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Diploma in sales or a related field
2. At least 6 years in a similar environment.
3. Strong communication, negotiating and influence skills.
4. Experience in external sales, cold calling and generating own leads.
5. Proficient with MS Office and Sales CRM Solutions.
6. Ability to work individually as a motivated self-starter.
7. Customer orientated and service driven.
8. Proven ability to sell either Fibre to the home or sales directly to individuals and generating own leads / a track record in exceeding targets
