Full-Stack Developer at Pundit Space

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven full stack development experience, especially in building systems aligned with the work
• Experience with Supabase or similar platforms for database management and real-time capabilities.
• Proficiency in containerizing applications to ensure consistency across development and production environments.
• Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Experience in developing server-side rendered React applications.
• Proficiency in utilizing utility-first CSS frameworks for rapid UI development.
• Experience with S3-compatible object storage solutions.
• Experience in HRM system development or similar enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and tools

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve the error preventing leave approvals, ensuring proper functionality and error handling
• Identify and fix issues hindering document uploads, ensuring support for various file types and sizes.
• Implement responsive designs to ensure consistent user experience across devices, including adding necessary scroll bars and optimizing screen fit.
• Optimize server-side and client-side code to enhance system responsiveness and reliability.
• Provide a detailed plan and, upon approval, integrate a module to accurately track employee time and attendance.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide progress updates.
• Participate in regular meetings to discuss challenges and next steps.
