Full Time Waiter- Hotel at Emerge Egress Consulting

Role Objective

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Recommend menu items and promote daily specials where appropriate.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-presented dining areas.
• Work closely with the kitchen and colleagues to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally and promptly.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Prepare bills and process payments accurately.
• Perform any other duties assigned

Job Specifications and Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field is an added advantage.
• At least 2 years experience in a similar role within a busy, high-end restaurant or hotel.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Proficiency in hotel or restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems or hotel management software.
