Graduate Electrical Engineer at CDL Human Resource

Job Purpose

Design, develop, test, and maintain electrical systems and components. Help troubleshoot issues, assist in installations, and contribute to project management. Through research and collaboration, innovate and stay updated with industry advancements, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of electrical systems.

Requirements
Qualifications and Experience Requirements

•  Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
•  Strong academic background with a focus on electrical power systems, controls, and/or electronics.
•  Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, ETAP, or similar tools.
•  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
•  Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment.
•  Eagerness to learn, adaptability to new challenges, and a proactive approach to professional development.
•  Prior internship or co-op experience in electrical engineering or construction is desirable but not required.
