• Classic Mouldings Limited, East Africa’s premier interior design company, is searching for a talented Graphic Designer to join our innovative team.
• As a Digital Marketing Graphic Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s visual presence across various digital platforms and traditional mediums. Your creative prowess, attention to detail, and ability to craft engaging content will be instrumental in captivating our audience and elevating our brand’s identity.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create visually compelling designs for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Develop eyecatching graphics, animations, and videos for social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Design engaging and informative content for digital advertisements, website banners, email newsletters, and other online channels.
• Create visually striking graphics for traditional marketing materials such as flyers, billboards, and print advertisements.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project goals and audience insights.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and incorporate innovative design techniques to enhance user engagement.
• Optimize designs for various digital platforms, considering factors such as responsiveness and loading speed.
• Collaborate with copywriters and content creators to ensure cohesive messaging and visual storytelling.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital content, making datadriven adjustments to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a focus on digital marketing, preferably within the interior design or related industry.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and familiarity with video editing tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital marketing materials, including social media posts, animations, and digital advertisements.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and user experience (UX) design.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or social media insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
