Head of Branch Network at PACIS Insurance

JOB PURPOSE

The Head of Branch Network is responsible for providing strategic leadership, direction, and oversight of the Company's branch network to deliver sustainable growth, profitability, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experience. The role is accountable for driving business performance across all branches by optimizing distribution channels, strengthening sales capabilities, enhancing customer engagement, expanding market presence, and ensuring effective execution of the Company's distribution strategy

The role will champion branch transformation initiatives, develop high-performing teams, build strategic partnerships, and ensure disciplined execution of business plans while maintaining strong governance, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Experience:

•  6 years’ experience with at least 3 years in a senior managerial position.

Knowledge
Minimum Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business related courses (Insurance Option, Marketing, Business administration and Finance) or equivalent from a recognized university.

Professional Qualifications

• Diploma in Marketing in Insurance-AIIK or ACII-Complete Certification.
• Knowledge of a broad range of insurance products.
