This role encompasses consequence management, employee experience, wellness initiatives, disciplinary procedures, employee engagement strategies, and overseeing sports and wellness activities. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of HR practices and a passion for enhancing employee well-being.
