A Bit About The Role

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the business is seeking a Head of People who is passionate about making life for people in the workplace a little bit easier. The ideal candidate will need to have strong people skills and would be comfortable with supporting the C suit level. You will be the middle man between the head of departments and the C suit.

Requirements

Your daily adventures include:

• Help infuse the culture across multiple markets as the company grows
• Oversee and assist with onboarding new team members
• Work with OKRs and KPIs
• Able to implement new HR functions including contracting, leave, performance tracking, etc.
• Assist with office documentations
• Review and analyse different departments’ data to identify trends and recommend solutions to

improve performance, retention, and employee experience

• Assist with training new employees in their department.
• Give all round support within the company with regards to any HR queries
• Use your analytic skills to when need.
• Employee engagement
• Responsible for Technical and non-technical recruitment
• Keeping abreast with global trends
• Focus is employees well being
• Build the culture within the company

What It Takes To Succeed

• Have 3-5 years’ experience working in the Digital Bank, Fintech, Payments sector preferably start-up
• Need to have a range of soft and hard skills from the HR field
• Be Transformational
• Take charge and solve problems before they arise
• People’s person and be the voice for the teams
