    Hotel Human Resource Officer

    • The Hotel Human Resource Officer will oversee recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance to ensure a positive work environment and efficient operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff training programs.
    • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies.
    • Maintain accurate HR records, payroll, and benefits administration.
    • Support performance management and staff engagement initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry.
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
