HR and Admin Assistant (Maternity Cover) at Nexa International School

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation
• Maintain staff files, attendance, and leave records
• Assist with front-desk duties and parent inquiries
• Prepare letters, reports, and school documents
• Manage office supplies and general administrative tasks
• Help coordinate school events and staff activities

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–2 years’ experience in HR or administration (school experience is an advantage)
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
• High level of integrity, organization, and attention to detail

Compensation:

• Competitive salary ranging between KES 25,000 – 40,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
