We are looking for an organized and dedicated HR Assistant to join our team and support the smooth functioning of our Human Resources department. In this role, you will assist with key HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, payroll processing, and day-to-day administrative tasks. The roles involve the following:

• Maintain up-to-date and accessible employee records and documentation.
• Supervise core HR activities, including training, leave management, and payroll processing.
• Oversee performance and efficiency within assigned departments.
• Conduct regular health checks on risk and compliance matters.
• Manage HR-related spending, ensuring activities like team building stay within budget limits.
• Coordinate and finalize the HR Department's annual calendar and budget
