Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities such as job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions or events.
• Support employee relations activities by drafting communications, coordinating meetings, and handling employee inquiries.
• Assist in HR projects as assigned, which may include policy development, performance management, or HR analytics.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree graduate in Human Resources Management.
• Six (6) months to 1 year experience in HR.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
