    HR Recruiter

    Job Description: Nathan Digital is seeking a talented and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. The HR Recruiter will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
    2. Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
    3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization.
    4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
    5. Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
    6. Conduct reference checks and background verification for selected candidates.
    7. Partner with HR team members to onboard new hires and facilitate a seamless transition into the organization.
    8. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.
    9. Assist with other HR initiatives and projects as needed.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    2. Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, preferably in the technology or digital sector.
    3. Familiarity with recruiting tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems, social media platforms, and job boards.
    4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
    5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    7. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Kenya.
    8. Proficiency in MS Office suite and other HR software applications.
