HR Supervisor at ITM Kenya Ltd

• The HR Supervisor will manage HR operations for outsourced employees from recruitment and onboarding to payroll preparation, compliance, and client relations. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational excellence and administrative efficiency within ITM Africa Kenya.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for outsourced employees.
• Ensure HR compliance and proper employee documentation.
• Register employees on statutory portals (WCF, NSSF, NHIF, etc.).
• Prepare payroll data and ensure salary and payslip submission.
• Liaise with Finance for petty cash and working tools.
• Manage employee database, attendance, and leave records.
• Handle work and residence permits for expatriates.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and internal teams.
• Provide monthly HR and payroll reports for management and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience (preferably in outsourcing).
• Good knowledge of Kenyan labour law and compliance.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High level of confidentiality, reliability, and ethics.
• Team player with a proactive mindset and focus on continuous improvement.
