This role requires a strong understanding of our team's needs and support. The focus will be on facilitating the engagement of our staff and providing them with the necessary knowledge and tools to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Empower teams through comprehensive support, coaching, and training to champion our inclusive culture
Collaborate with managers to ensure transparent performance reviews and foster fair evaluations
Drive recruitment efficiency, internal advancement, and leadership development programs
Act as a catalyst for resolving employee issues with fairness and respect, while striving for continuous improvement
Navigate organizational changes alongside managers, fostering open communication and employee well-being
Champion the introduction and communication of policies, ensuring clarity and addressing concerns through training and workshops
Provide actionable feedback and development opportunities to cultivate high-performance teams
Cultivate engagement and nurture a positive, inclusive work environment
Proactively analyze people-related trends to identify areas for growth and implement preventive measures
Qualifications:
4 - 5 years of experience as a HR Generalist of which 2 are in a similar / related position.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline
Professional HR certification - CHRP is a plus, Must be a Member of IHR
