Human Resource Management Officer I - 2 Posts

Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee data, update employee records in databases, and ensure data integrity;
- Monitor performance appraisal processes;
- Advise employees on county policies, handle grievances, and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations; and
- Coordinate training programs, training logistics, and evaluate training effectiveness.
Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must be in possession of:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field;
- At least 3 years experience in a relevant field;
- Proficiency in computer applications; and
- Membership of IHRM
