Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. From time to time, consult executives on strategic decisions affecting all management levels to create sustainable change within the company.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
Execute end to end HR processes including management of activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management, promote corporate values and shape a positive culture.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process. This includes planning for new staff, interviewing and hiring them accordingly to cultivate a healthy work environment
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
1Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Qualifications
University Degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven working experience in a similar capacity or other HR roles
Demonstrable experience (at least 5 years) with Human Resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
